Managing Consultant – Technology and Transformation Consultancy
Salary: £95,000–£105,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits
Location: UK wide (hybrid – client site 2–3 days per week initially) 

Exalto Consulting are working in partnership with a growing technology and transformation consultancy to support the hire of a Managing Consultant.

This is a client-facing leadership role, suited to someone who combines strong delivery capability with commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships at senior level.

The opportunity
You will lead and deliver high-impact consulting engagements across technology and business transformation, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Alongside delivery, you will play a key role in growing client relationships, contributing to sales and supporting the continued expansion of the consultancy.

  • Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach to delivery
