We are recruiting a Senior Business Analyst on behalf of a consultancy delivering transformation programmes for NHS clients. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative consulting team and shape large-scale organisational change initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead analysis across NHS transformation and operating model programmes
- Engage stakeholders to capture and document business needs
- Develop business cases, process improvements and target operating models
- Contribute to the design and implementation of change solutions
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within NHS projects
- Exposure to organisational change and operating model design
- Strong communication, facilitation and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in complex environments
