Location: Hybrid – travel to Hampshire once a fortnight
Rate: Up to £530 per day (Inside IR35)

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to support a large retail technology delivery programme. You’ll work across a mix of in-flight and newly initiated projects, helping to drive momentum in a fast-paced environment undergoing organisational change.
You’ll be hands-on, structured and confident navigating shifting priorities, complex delivery landscapes and multi-team stakeholders. This role suits someone who thrives in environments where clarity, pace and adaptability are key.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end projects or assigned workstreams.
- Maintain and manage RAIDD logs, action trackers and delivery controls.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to understand roadmap impacts.
- Support teams as new structures and ways of working are embedded.
- Track progress, manage dependencies and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Provide weekly reporting and present updates to senior stakeholders.
- Lead workshops and project meetings.
- Follow established delivery frameworks and governance processes.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Strong background in retail sector project delivery.
- Comfortable working in environments with frequent change and evolving priorities.
- Experience working with SaaS, third-party suppliers and collaborative delivery models.
- Skilled in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
