We are seeking a Head of Public Sector Partnerships to build, own and lead the cornerstone of a public sector practice. This is more than a sales leadership position, it is a chance to define strategy, shape a market presence and deliver impact that will drive long term growth.

What You Will Do
  • Shape Strategy: Define and execute the public sector strategy, conduct horizon scanning and forecast growth
  • Drive Sales: Lead direct sales efforts, manage commercial arrangements and engage with public sector frameworks
  • Build Partnerships: Create a strong ecosystem of SME and system integrator partners, fostering joint opportunities
  • Lead Bids: Act as both bid writer and bid manager until a dedicated function is in place, improving bid processes and case study library
  • Represent at Senior Level: Serve as the senior public sector advisor, attend key events and act as the ultimate escalation point for government clients
About You

We are looking for a strategist, leader and hands on doer with:
  • Current SC or NPPV3 clearance and a background in government delivery
  • Proven senior leadership experience within the UK public sector
  • Deep knowledge of public sector procurement, culture and frameworks (GDS, DDAT, SFIA)
  • Experience leading complex sales cycles, contract negotiations and margin management
  • The ability to work at both strategic and execution levels from setting vision to writing bids
