We’re seeking a proactive Digital Support Operator to provide second-line technical support within a busy IT and Digital environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining digital communications and interview equipment, ensuring reliability, security and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd-line technical support for digital communications systems and devices.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware configuration issues.
- Manage user access rights, system audits and security processes.
- Plan and carry out installations, repairs and maintenance of digital equipment.
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain clear records and update technical documentation.
- Communicate technical details clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience in IT systems administration and incident management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune and digital communications hardware.
- Excellent troubleshooting, organisation and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
- Participation in an on-call rota may be required.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
- Experience with Azure, Airwave or Sepura Radio Manager.
