Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a Contract Target Operating Model Consultant this is outside IR35 paying £640 per day, initially 3 months but will be rolling 3 months, occasional travel to client site in London 2/3 times a month and may need to travel to other locations in the UK as and when needed
Background and Experience
- Experience in elements of any of the following areas; product-aligned operating model design, organisation design, transition planning, current state assessment methodologies, business analysis
- Experience of working in an agile environment, preferably in a product-aligned model
- Knowledge of agile principles and practices
- Understanding of the challenges of managing IT Services in medium to larger organisations
- Strong analytical experience
- Ability to undertake client engagement
- Proven ability to produce and contribute directly to project deliverables, client presentations and other documents
- Ability to quickly learn, assimilate and articulate the Services approach to Operating Model transformation confidently within clients’ IT, Digital, Change and business functions
