User Researcher - £525 per day inside IR35 - 6 months

Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract user researcher, this is inside IR35 paying £525 per day and just need to go to client site in London x1 day a month.

Experience for the role: 

. Around 7+ years' experience in user research
. Comfortable leading focus groups and speaking to a range of users 
. Able to plan, run and wrap up research with minimal support
. Experience working alongside service designers or in multidisciplinary teams
. Good at communicating findings in a straightforward, practical way
. Someone who's proactive, persistent and not put off by tight deadlines
. Significant experience delivering user research in NHS, GDS or healthcare environments, including complex services and systems
. Proven experience leading research in Discovery and Alpha phases, shaping problem definitions, strategies, service direction
. Demonstrable experience planning, selecting, and delivering a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods
. Design and facilitate complex co‑design activities that inform service direction and decision‑making
