Important Requirement You must hold an active and in date ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certificate to be considered for this role. Applications without a current CSA Certificate cannot be progressed.
Role Overview
They are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to contribute to ongoing platform development, automation and improvement activity across a range of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows and automation to support IT service management and wider business processes
- Maintain, improve and enhance existing ServiceNow applications, integrations and platform capabilities
- Develop and maintain custom UI policies, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes and Flow Designer automation
- Work closely with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate these into robust and scalable technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects and issues relating to platform functionality and integrations
- Manage platform upgrades, patching, testing and release cycles to ensure stability and compliance
- Maintain platform security, data integrity and governance
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred
- £450 to £470 per day
