Service Delivery Lead - Manchester (hybrid 2 days a week onsite)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Lead to oversee IT service delivery for a leading organisation based in Manchester.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing large-scale IT projects, cross-functional teams, and ensuring the efficient delivery of IT services in line with organisational objectives.

As the Service Delivery Lead, you will provide strategic direction, manage significant budgets, and build key stakeholder relationships. You will also be responsible for driving performance, managing risks, and ensuring IT services meet current business and technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead IT service delivery across the organisation, ensuring that services are delivered effectively within a complex operational environment.
· Provide leadership for cross-functional IT teams and manage large-scale IT projects to support business objectives.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
· Drive strategic planning and execution to meet organisational objectives, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
· Manage large budgets, including forecasting, budget setting, and ensuring cost efficiency.
· Oversee the performance management and development of multi-disciplined IT teams.

We are looking for people with:

· Extensive experience in IT service delivery within a complex organisation
· Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional IT teams and large-scale IT projects.
· Significant experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management.
· Strong track record of building and managing stakeholder relationships.
· Practical experience in risk management and risk mitigation strategies.
· ITIL Practitioner and ITIL V4 Foundation certification.
