Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a permanent Service Analyst this is to work on site initially 1-2 days a week in Birmingham, will be remote after with very little travel to site as and when needed, paying up to £40,000 depending on experience.
Essential skills for the role:
- ITSM process management experience specifically Asset & Config or Risk, Compliance & Quality
- Worked with ITIL good practice
- Customer/Supplier facing skills eg relationship management or account management
- Good communication written & verbal with all layers of an organisation
- ITIL Foundation qualification
- Worked for or within a SIAM organisation
- Worked for or within a Product operating model
- ITSM Process owner
