My southern based client is looking to recruit an experienced Programme Director to lead and deliver high-impact business change initiatives across complex enterprise environments. This is a 12 month fixed term position which may well extend.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting to the Executive Team, with full accountability for shaping and delivering a portfolio of strategic transformation programmes. You will translate business strategy into executable roadmaps, mobilise cross-functional teams, and ensure change is embedded, adopted, and delivering sustainable value.
Within this role, the Programme Change Director will :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business change and transformation programmes
- Develop and govern a strategic programme roadmap aligned to organisational goals
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define outcomes, scope, benefits, and success metrics
- Establish robust governance, risk, and performance frameworks
- Drive cultural and behavioural change to ensure adoption and long-term impact
- Build and mentor high-performing programme and project teams
- Ensure benefits realisation, commercial discipline, and measurable ROI
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide business transformation programmes
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement at Board and Executive level
- Experience in scaling organisations or high-growth environments
