Job Title: Product Support Specialist (Software)
Location: Near Crewe, Cheshire
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Work Arrangement: On-site 2-3 days per week
Experience:
- Customer Support: Assist customers in effectively using the newly implemented software product.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and courses to educate customers on software functionalities.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to customers as needed.
- Knowledge of software products
- Experience within the Manufacturing/Logistics industries is preferable
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Support Specialist, Software Product Admin, Super User / Admin, preferably in a software environment.
- An understanding of software functionalities and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills for customers interactions.
- Training or instructional experience is a plus.
-The ability to produce documentation / help guides is helpful.
Work Arrangement:
- On-site presence required 2-3 days per week.
