Salary: £35,000
Working pattern: Full time on site, 5 days per week
Exalto Consulting is recruiting a Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands on end user support across devices, applications, and office IT services. This is a practical, customer facing role focused on quick resolution, great service, and keeping people productive.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing deskside support for laptops, PCs, peripherals, mobile devices, and office setups
- Resolving incidents and service requests in person and remotely, working to agreed SLAs
- Supporting Microsoft 365 apps and core user services
- Basic user administration and access support (for example Active Directory tasks)
- Supporting meeting room and office IT equipment, including AV where needed
- Maintaining asset records and clear ticket notes, escalating appropriately when required
- Experience in a desktop support or EUC role (or strong 2nd line service desk experience)
- Confident troubleshooting across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Good working knowledge of device management tools (SCCM and or Intune preferred)
- A calm, customer first approach and clear communication
- Comfortable working in a busy on site environment
