Rate: Up to £530 per day (Inside IR35)

We are hiring a Delivery Manager to support a major retail technology modernisation programme. You will coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams, drive progress across complex workstreams and ensure outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, budget and timelines.
You will bring structure, visibility and leadership to a fast-moving programme and work closely with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure smooth execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and monitor delivery activities for your assigned team.
- Manage risks, issues and mitigation strategies.
- Oversee dependencies across internal, third-party and external teams.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Provide structured reporting covering status, risks and progress.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager within complex technology programmes.
- Experience in retail or other multi-site customer-facing environments.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Skilled in managing risk, dependencies and cross-team coordination.
- Highly organised with a proactive mindset.
