About the Role
Exalto Consulting are working with a client on a large-scale enterprise security and privileged access management programme and are looking to bring in an experienced CyberArk Operations Engineer.
This is a hands-on operational role focused on supporting and maintaining a complex CyberArk privileged access management environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of privileged access services across the organisation.
Working within a matrix organisation, you’ll collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams to manage daily CyberArk operations, troubleshoot privileged access issues, and support ongoing operational improvements.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the CyberArk environment
  • Administer privileged accounts, safes, users, and platforms
  • Support password vaulting and credential management processes
  • Monitor and support session management activities
  • Onboard servers, applications, and accounts into CyberArk
  • Troubleshoot access issues, password rotation failures, and vault-related problems
  • Perform routine health checks, monitoring, and maintenance
  • Maintain security policies, privileged access controls, and compliance requirements
  • Document onboarding steps, operational procedures, and support activities
  • Work effectively in a matrix organisation with cross-functional teams
  • Support incident, problem, change, and capacity management processes
  
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong experience in CyberArk administration and operations
  • Strong understanding of privileged access management (PAM) concepts
  • Experience with password vaulting, session management, and account onboarding
  • Familiarity with CyberArk safes, platforms, users, and access policies
  • Experience troubleshooting access issues and password management failures
  • Understanding of Windows and Linux environments
  • Experience working within ITIL-based support environments and ITSM tools
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation
