Our client is a well-established IT and Digital consultancy that works at CIO and executive level with large, complex organisations across multiple industries. Renowned for delivering high-impact transformation outcomes, the consultancy is expanding and seeking an experienced Client Engagement Lead / Principal Consultant to join its senior consulting team.
This is a senior, client-facing consulting role where you will lead complex IT and digital transformation engagements from discovery through to delivery. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, analyse complex environments, and deliver high-quality consulting outputs to agreed timelines.
Alongside client delivery, you will contribute to the evolution of consulting services, support business development, and play a key role in shaping long-term client relationships.
Experience Required
- Extensive experience in IT and/or Digital consulting
- Proven ability to lead consultative client engagements and deliver senior-level outputs
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- IT & Digital Operating Models
- Process or Organisation Design
- Service Integration
- Service Management
- Strong background in digital change and IT transformation, including senior stakeholder engagement and business case approvals
- Experience managing IT and Digital teams at a senior level
- Solid knowledge of modern Service Management practices (essential)
