We are looking for a business readiness, engagement, change and communication specialist to support and maintain the levels of communication and change that was delivered and improve the engagement for insourcing.
The role will be until the end of December 2024
Readiness and Engagement Specialist
Requires a readiness and engagement specialist to help shape and define the ways it engages with its customers, both in terms of new engagements and long-term partnership growth.
Essential Experience required:
- Experience working in Data and Analytics space.
- Experience in building and shaping communication and change strategies.
- Define and build a customer engagement model for CRA covering new engagements and long-term partnership growth.
- Developing long-term communications strategies.
- Defining, planning and approving communications to be sent out as part of CRA.
- Supporting Communicating with CRA’s domain/customer leads customers to help generate more business and engagement.
- Supporting all projects to make sure all communication content is publication-ready.
- Develop readiness plans for projects and/or change initiatives relating to CRA’s customers.
- Evaluating the impact of planned change.
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
- Leading change management work streams with a structured methodology / process.
- Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
- Providing coaching and training to employees at all levels.
