Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a permanent change and communications manager for a fantastic global organisation. A fantastic time to join ahead of a new ERP rollout. This is a remote working role with occasional travel to head office. Salary is £60-90K basic salary depending on experience.
Skills required for the role:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role at a similar level
- In-depth understanding of methodologies like ADKAR, Kotter, or PROSCI.
- Knowledge of relevant IT systems, software, and business processes.
- Strong ability to engage and align stakeholders.
- Effective at identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Knowledge of programme & project management techniques
- Strong experience in presentations skills and presenting to senior stakeholders
- ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholders
