12 Month Fixed Term Contract £65,000
Location Surrey Hybrid 3 days on site

We are recruiting an experienced Business Analyst to join a well established organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract, supporting the delivery of business critical IT and operational change initiatives.

This is a hands on delivery focused role, working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to shape requirements, improve processes, and ensure solutions deliver real value.

Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements across multiple workstreams
Act as the link between business users and IT delivery teams
Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and solution deliverables
Support the delivery of change initiatives to agreed timelines and priorities
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process walkthroughs
Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and dependencies

Required Experience
Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst
Experience working with complex, multi user systems cloud and or on premise
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to translate technical concepts for non technical audiences
Experience working in Agile delivery environments PRINCE2 or similar beneficial
Willingness to work on site in Surrey at least 3 days per week
