We are looking for a Permanent 1st Line Customer Support Engineer to work for an industry leading company software company.
The position is hybrid (5 days p/w in Middlewich), paying £23k + benefits.
You will:
- Provide technical support to customers, this could range from payment issues for end users to password resets
- Comfortable with customer support / service
- Provided with training on the bespoke software
- Customer Service background
- Good tech skills
